By engaging CYNEX for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our services are provided for lawful purposes only.

All engagements begin with a written scope and quoted fee. Additional work outside of the agreed scope requires an updated quotation and your prior approval.

CYNEX operates within applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to decline any engagement that would require unlawful activity.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to a claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
